Power for Tennis
Beginner Level
A general introduction. The gym based work is progressive as are the circuits. It is a fairly straight forwardd progression over the 6 weeks.
Strength for Middle Distance
Advanced Level
It contains some fairly agreesive strength training principles which will no doubt do the job. There ia also a lot of work to keep you agile and some sledge work.
Conditioning for Jumps
Advanced Level
There is a lot of work in here to add to your sport specific practice. Good conditioning is essential to all sports people, so work hard and pay specific attention to the quality of your movement.
Conditioning for Sprints

A general introduction in to getting into the required shape to begin sprint training.
Speed for Middle Distance
Elite Level
As a middle distance runner this well certainly go some way to developing your acceleration and the ability to inject pace. You will find some of the reps very short. This will present the need for you to be maximal when approriate. You will also need to perform the drills as well as you possibly can to maximize your abilities. The gym work will be lower reps, often at light weights, again for developing power.
